Starting 01.01.2013 the purchases for own and non-budget funds of the Company are conducted under the Federal Law 223-FZ “On purchases of goods and services by certain types of legal entities”. In accordance with this law the Common Procurement Industry standard (Procurement provision) was developed and adopted by the State Company “Rosatom”, Atomenergoprom’s parent company. The Board of Directors of Atomenergoprom has adopted this Procurement provision (Record No. 37 of 07.02.2012), put into force by Rosatom-wise Order No. 1/183-P of 06.03.2012 and disclosed on the the website for placing procurement bids for products, works and services needed by Rosatom at: www.zakupki.rosatom.ru.
