April 15, 2010, the voting started at the International Internet-based beauty contest Miss Atom-2010. In two week the most beautiful females of nuclear industry and awardees of special prices will be announced. The contest is held for the seventh time. It is participated by female workers of the nuclear industry enterprises and organizations of Russia, former USSR republics, students and post graduates of nuclear related educational institutes. Also, female workers of nuclear contracted or related companies can compete.

“This year, the contest website is done in two languages Russian and English for the first time, Ilya Platonov, the Nuclear.Ru director general said. “We know that the Miss Atom project is of great interest in other countries and decided to make it closer for the foreign audience. We hope it will further broaden its frontiers.” The contest organizer is Nuclear.Ru. The principal sponsor of Miss Atom-2010 is Fuel Company TVEL of SC Rosatom. The contest partners are Atompromresursy Group of Companies, International Forum ATOMEXPO 2010, and Keune Haircosmetics.
